WHY CHOOSE SOUTH WEST LEARNING?
Expert-Led Education
Your child’s education is led by qualified teachers. We deliver a centralised curriculum designed by teachers with school leadership experience and national-level expertise in curriculum design.
Tailored & Adaptable Programmes
We create learning experiences that are both challenging and flexible, shaped around each student’s strengths, needs, and aspirations. Our curriculum intent are grounded in skills and knowledge needed in individual subjects and programmes, designed with specialist knowledge from our qualified teachers.
Importantly, we take time to build essential life skills alongside academic knowledge, which are imperative to the young people, often with EHCP's, that we work with.
Care that Drives Success
Every stage of learning is carefully planned to support knowledge recall and growth over time, supported by high-quality resources and regular review. Above all, we combine academic challenge with personalised care, helping every young person feel valued, capable, and ready for their next steps.

STUDENT OUTCOMES

"In just 10 months, my daughter sat her GCSEs and scored amazing results considering how long she had been out of school. A has now been offered a placement as an apprentice working in a nursery which Emma supported us to achieve"
— Parent of a GCSE student who is now studying for a Childcare Apprenticeship
A's Achievements
T's Journey
When T started science lessons at home, he was finding the subject really tough after failing it before. Emma tailored her teaching to fit his needs and learning style, making lessons flexible and engaging. Over time, T gained confidence and understanding, and by the end of the year, he earned a fantastic achievement (grade 5/6) in his GCSE science.
Next steps include specialist KS5 provision at a Post-16 Educator.
E's Experience
"My daughter is a SEND student who struggles to build a rapport with anyone but she looks forward to her lessons and engages well. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough"
This student struggled with school attendance. Tuition at home led to increased confidence and resilience that paid off to achieve a pass in GCSEs. E is now studying animal care at college.
